(1) Core technical principles
1. Direct cooling ice water circulation system
The ice block machine adopts plate heat exchanger+countercurrent refrigeration technology, placing ice blocks directly in low-temperature circulating water, and directly contacting lychee through ice water mixture. Within 5 minutes, the core temperature of the fruit is rapidly reduced from 30 ℃ during harvesting to 2-4 ℃ (traditional pre cooling takes 4-6 hours), effectively inhibiting enzyme activity and microbial growth.
2. Physical properties of ice blocks
Standardized dimensions: Ice blocks measuring 30cm in length, 20cm in width, and 10cm in height, with a density of 0.92g/cm ³, suitable for transportation and preservation container designs;
• Controllability of melting: In an environment of 0-4 ℃, the melting rate of ice blocks is ≤ 0.3kg/h, providing a sustainable constant low-temperature environment;
Cleanliness: The ice block raw materials are purified by three-stage RO reverse osmosis (water quality reaches food grade) to avoid chemical pollution.

1. Ice making unit: 24-hour continuous block making, with a daily production capacity of 10 tons;
2. Ice water circulation pool: equipped with mixing blades and temperature sensors to ensure even distribution of ice water mixture;
