Plate Ice Machine

Plate ice machine is a type of ice maker that produces irregular plate-like ice flakes with a thickness of 12-20mm and a size of 30 × 40mm~60 × 100mm. The thickness of the plate ice can be adjusted by the ice making time. Compared to sheet ice, plate ice is a transparent crystal that is not easily melted, has a small surface volume, is dry, has no powder, and has a longer cooling time. The CBFI plate ice machine integrates various technologies such as flat wall liquid film heat transfer technology, double-sided ice formation technology, multi S-shaped heat exchange tube heat channel design, and circulating hot gas ice extraction technology. It is centrally controlled by a microcomputer, easy to operate, and has independent ice making and de icing functions for multiple systems, shortening the ice making cycle.
