CBFI designed, built and provided a complete set of refrigeration technology solutions and equipment systems for this customer's national poultry agro-industrial complex project, including a set of double spiral quick freezer, a 12-ton flake ice machine, a quick freezing warehouse, a low-temperature temporary storage room, an operation room, and two low-temperature refrigerated storage. Among them, the double spiral quick-freezing system is the first quick-freezing system introduced in the country.
The project is the largest modern poultry agro-industrial complex base since the founding of the country, covering a total area of 25,400 square meters, with a total investment of nearly USD10,000,000, with incubator bases, breeding bases, slaughterhouses and other important processing sites. On the day of the completion of the base, the President of Tajikistan attended the unveiling ceremony and visited the entire production base.
The slaughterhouse base covers an area of 22,700 square meters and is built in strict accordance with national engineering construction standards. Inside the slaughterhouse, isolation room, slaughterhouse, cutting room, laboratory, official veterinary room, washing and cooling area, processing and packaging area, special meat freezer storage, refrigerated area for products at -18 °C.
