A: We can provide ice machines for your country's power requirement, just please note that the power requirement is clearly listed in your order.
Q: Do you have engineer in our country to install the machine?
A: We could introduce the local engineer to you for installing the machines.
Q: What shall we do if there is any machine's malfunction?
A: You could see any malfunction reason from the touch screen and we could supply you the solution accordingly.
Q: Could you send your engineer from China to install the machines?
A: Yes, we could send our engineer from China to install your machine, you will be responsible for the accommodation and the installation cost.
Q: What's the delivery time of your machine?
A: 1-5ton, 30 days since the deposit arrived at our account, 5-20 ton, 45 days. (Based on the power requirement 380V/50hz/3p, the lead time will be longer for some special design.)
Q: How long is the warranty for the machine I bought?
A: 12 months since the delivery date.
Q: How to install the machine?
A: 1) Manual book and video will be provided to guide you how to install the machine, and we also provide online service. 2) Technician can be sent to the customer's site too, while our customer should pay for the round-trip tickets, visa, accommodation, etc. (installation fee: 100 USD/day/person). Local labors are necessary to support our technician's work.
Q: Can the power supply be single phase?
A: Single phase electricity is not applicable. Industrial electricity supply is needed for the whole plant, so 3 phase electricity should be used, such as 380-420V/50hz/3P, 220-240V/60hz/3P. For special power supply type, we will design a special motor for you. So please kindly tell me your local industrial power supply when you send the inquiry, we will offer you the ice making machine based on the exact power requirement.
Q: If this is my first time to invest in ice business, what should I consider?
A: Firstly, it is better for you to do marketing research to decide how big machine you need to buy. Secondly, you need to check if there is pure water supply and stable power supply for the machine. If the power supply is not stable, a power generator can be designed in the ice machine. As for making edible ice, a water treatment system should be installed in the machine to make pure water for ice making.
Q: If there is a problem with my machine, I don't know where the problem should be, what should I do?
A: Our company has a professional refrigeration technology engineer team. You can provide pictures, brands, voltages, and machine failures.
