High-Velocity Saltwater Circulation
The BBI100 incorporates a high-torque, high-velocity brine agitator system. Driven by a 4 kW industrial motor, it forces rapid, uniform horizontal circulation of saltwater across the evaporator coils and around the ice cans. This high volumetric flow eliminates temperature dead-zones, maximizing heat transfer efficiency and dramatically accelerating the crystallization cycle.
Labor-Saving Overhead Crane Integration
For streamlined, low-labor plant operation, the 10-ton setup can be seamlessly integrated with an automated motorized overhead bridge crane network. A single operator can effortlessly lift an entire row of heavy ice cans simultaneously, drop them into a custom thawing tank, mechanically tip the blocks out onto the harvesting table, and automatically refill the cans using our precision volumetric water feeder header.
