To safeguard the operational lifespan of the electronics and mechanical linkages, the VAP-250 requires a flat, stable horizontal foundation. Factory planners must strictly avoid installing the equipment in the following locations:

Non-horizontal positions: The chassis must sit perfectly level to ensure accurate volumetric or gravimetric weighing results.

In direct sunlight: Exposure to harsh ultraviolet light accelerates the degradation of packaging films, touchscreens, and wiring insulation.

Excessively hot, cold, or narrow spaces: Operating spaces must meet standard airflow recommendations and maintain a minimum horizontal boundary clearance (at least 800 mm around all panels) for safe maintenance access.

Locations subject to constant external vibration: Proximity to heavy, uninsulated shock sources can disrupt sensitive high-speed electronic weighing sensors.

Near HVAC vents or air conditioning exhausts: High-velocity direct drafts can destabilize the thermal equilibrium of the independent sealing cylinders.
