High-Strength "Anti-Puncture" Sealing Technology
Ice cubes, especially tube ice, have sharp edges that can easily puncture standard PE bags during high-speed drops. CBFI utilizes Impulse Heat Sealing with customized cooling dwell times, creating a reinforced seam that remains flexible at sub-zero temperatures. This prevents bag bursting during transport and stacking in the freezer.
Cryogenic Component Protection (Low-Temp Durability)
