1. Construction of a full process automation system
CBFI customized production line for an enterprise, covering five core links of ice making, sorting, molding, packaging, and quality inspection. Through the linkage of industrial Internet technology and intelligent equipment, "unmanned" operations are realized:
Intelligent ice making module: Two high-efficiency ice making machines have been added, combined with temperature control algorithms to adjust ice making parameters in real time, ensuring stable ice density and purity.
Automated sorting and forming: Using high-speed robotic arms and visual recognition systems, ice cubes are accurately sorted, cut, and pressed into standard sized ice cups with an error rate of less than 0.5%.
Intelligent packaging line: Through programmable conveyor belts and automated packaging machinery, the bagging, sealing, and stacking of ice cups are integrated, reducing manual intervention.
AI quality inspection system: Using deep learning technology, it performs millisecond level detection on the appearance (such as cracks, deformation), sealing and other indicators of ice cups, with an automatic rejection rate of up to 99% for defective products.
2. Flexible expansion and flexible production capacity
This production line supports modular expansion: enterprises can quickly add or remove ice makers or packaging units according to market demand. For example, during the peak sales season in summer, by connecting additional production line modules in parallel, the daily production capacity can be temporarily increased to 120000 cups; During the off-season, energy consumption can be reduced through system scheduling to achieve optimal resource allocation.
3. Data driven refined operation
Through the Industrial Internet of Things (IIoT) platform provided by CBFI, enterprises can monitor real-time data from various stages of production, including equipment operation status, energy consumption, yield rate, etc., and optimize production plans through big data analysis. For example, the system can predict equipment maintenance cycles and reduce downtime caused by sudden failures.
