• Reset phase: The system automatically restarts the refrigeration cycle to ensure that the downtime is less than 3 minutes, avoiding any impact on production continuity.

2. Core hardware composition
• Hot gas bypass defrosting system: using high-temperature gas from the compressor outlet as a heat source to avoid energy consumption of additional heating elements;
• Diversion and drainage structure: A V-shaped diversion groove is installed at the bottom of the evaporator, combined with an automatic drainage valve, to achieve no residual drainage;
• Anti drip design: The top evaporator is installed at an angle to prevent defrosting water from flowing back and contaminating the material.
