The customer is located in a prosperous coastal city in Malaysia, which is hot, humid and rainy with a strong tropical atmosphere. Whether it is local residents, tourists or catering practitioners, they all have an urgent need for high-quality edible ice cubes. A local company chose to work with CBFI to create a new chapter of efficient ice making.
CBFI carefully customized a set of edible tube ice machine solutions with a daily output of up to 10 tons for the customer. This solution not only includes a high-performance tube ice machine, but also is equipped with a large-capacity ice storage hopper and cold storage, forming an edible tube ice production line. Considering the particularity of Malaysia's tropical climate, we optimized the cooling system to ensure that it can operate efficiently even in a hot and humid environment.
After the completion of the project, its large-capacity tube ice machine not only met the market's large demand for ice cubes, but also produced ice cubes with strong melting resistance, clean and transparent, which won the favor of consumers. It not only brought a touch of coolness to local residents, but also provided solid logistical support for seafood markets, catering industries and various celebrations.
