With the increasing demand in the global seafood market, the preservation, processing, and transportation of aquatic products have become key links in the industry chain. To meet the daily heavy ice demand of a large seafood customer, CBFI designed and implemented an automatic ice storage system with a daily output of 100 tons. This system not only ensures the freshness of aquatic products, but also improves the efficiency of the entire supply chain.
The CBFI automatic ice storage system with a daily output of 100 tons consists of three main parts: a three-layer ice making area, a two-layer ice storage area, and a first layer overhead area. Among them, the three-layer ice making area consists of two tube ice machines with a daily output of 50 tons, while the second layer ice storage area includes a screw type automatic ice storage cold storage with a capacity of 40 tons. The first floor of the elevated area is designated for workers to carry out packaging operations. This design fully considers the optimization of space utilization and workflow, thereby maximizing production efficiency.

Ice making area: core power
The ice making area is the center of the entire system, responsible for producing and providing a large amount of ice tubes. Two tube ice machines with a daily output of 50 tons work day and night to ensure that at least 100 tons of ice are available for use every day. These tube ice machines adopt advanced ice making technology and can produce high-quality ice tubes in a short period of time, meeting the strict temperature requirements of aquatic products at different stages.
FEATURES
Efficient ice making: Each tube ice maker can produce 50 tons per day, with a total output of 100 tons.
Strong stability: Advanced refrigeration technology and materials are used to ensure long-term stable operation.
Environmental protection and energy conservation: By optimizing energy use and reducing waste emissions, the impact on the environment is reduced.
Ice storage area: ensuring supply
The design of the ice storage area aims to ensure that ice tubes can be stored for a long time and can be used at any time. The screw type automatic ice storage cold storage with a capacity of 40 tons is located on the second floor and adopts efficient insulation and refrigeration technology to ensure that ice cubes will not melt due to changes in time or external temperature.

advantage
• Automatic management: Real time monitoring and adjustment of temperature and humidity inside the cold storage through an intelligent management system.
• Large capacity storage: Even during periods of high demand, sufficient ice supply can be ensured.
• Easy to maintain: Modular design makes repair and maintenance easier and faster.
Aerial area: easy to operate
The first level of elevated area is mainly used for workers' packaging operations. The focus of the design here is to improve work efficiency and reduce physical labor. Reasonable layout and the application of automated equipment greatly reduce manual intervention, making the entire process smoother and safer.
Functional Features
Humanized design: Considering the comfort and safety of workers, all facilities have been carefully designed.
Efficient operation: The application of automated equipment has significantly improved packaging speed and quality.
Flexible adjustment: The workflow and equipment configuration can be adjusted according to actual needs.
Meet diverse needs
This automatic ice storage system not only meets the ice needs of aquatic products in preservation, processing, and transportation, but also adapts to different market changes and customer needs through its flexible design and powerful functions. Whether dealing with seasonal peaks or unexpected situations, the system can respond quickly to ensure uninterrupted supply.
