Project Overview
CBFI provided a complete intelligent ice transport and storage system for a large hydropower station customer to help the customer achieve effective temperature control during the concrete pouring process of the large hydropower station, which greatly inhibited the formation of thermal cracks in the concrete structure caused by temperature stress. Significantly improves the durability and safety of concrete structures.
To this end, CBFI provides customers with a 20 tons/day flake ice machine. This equipment is efficient and stable, and can continuously supply a large amount of high-quality flake ice to meet large-scale concrete cooling needs. In addition, a set of intelligent ice rake system, screw ice conveying device, intelligent weighing system and monitoring system were also built to realize the automatic control of concrete production process monitoring and equipment operation. Ice cubes arrive at various pouring points quickly and efficiently at any time, providing a solid guarantee for the quality and safety of hydropower station construction.
