Fluidized freezing technology is an advanced process that uses high-speed cold air to quickly freeze small particle products in a semi suspended state, especially suitable for the freezing treatment of small and vulnerable fruits. At a low temperature of -35 ℃, the equipment can quickly lower the center temperature of strawberries to below -18 ℃, effectively preserving the original color, taste, and nutritional content of the fruit.

The fruit enters the equipment in a flat form and forms a semi suspended state under the action of high-speed cold air, achieving uniform freezing, avoiding adhesion, and maintaining product integrity and aesthetics.

Equipped with an intelligent control panel that supports remote monitoring and fault warning, the entire line is linked for control, reducing manual intervention and improving production efficiency. 4. Material safety and compliance with food standards
The whole machine is made of 304 stainless steel, and the anti slip plastic mesh belt design meets the American Ashworth standard. It has strong load-bearing capacity and is clean and hygienic. There are anti slip edges on both sides to ensure zero material shedding during transportation.
