Bringing Advanced Cold Chain Technology to Central Asia
Located at the gateway connecting China and Central Asia, Xinjiang plays a vital role in cross-border agricultural trade, food processing, and cold chain logistics.
With more than 22 years of experience in industrial refrigeration and food freezing technology, CBFI has completed numerous benchmark projects across Belt and Road countries, helping local businesses improve food safety, production efficiency, and cold chain infrastructure.
At the exhibition, CBFI highlighted several successful overseas projects covering poultry processing, fruit freezing, edible ice production, and cold storage engineering.

Benchmark Poultry Processing Project
National Integrated Poultry Processing Base
Core Equipment
Double Spiral Freezer
10 Ton Flake Ice Machine
Multi-Temperature Cold Storage System
Project Highlights
This large-scale poultry processing facility integrates slaughtering, pre-cooling, cutting, quick freezing, and cold storage into one complete production chain.
The project features the country's first double spiral freezer and supports approximately two-thirds of the domestic poultry market while also serving export demand.
Five independent cold storage rooms and low-temperature workshops provide precise temperature control from -40°C to 15.5°C, ensuring optimal conditions throughout the processing workflow.
The project received national recognition and was officially inaugurated by the country's president, becoming a benchmark for modern poultry processing in the region.

IQF Fruit Processing Project
Annual Capacity: 5,000 Tons
Core Equipment
Fluidized Bed IQF Freezer
Cold Storage Facility
Project Highlights
Designed for berry processing, the project utilizes advanced fluidized bed freezing technology to achieve true individual quick freezing (IQF).
Rapid freezing at -35°C minimizes product damage while preserving appearance, texture, and nutritional value.
The automated control system supports continuous large-scale production with reduced energy consumption and lower labor requirements.
The solution is ideal for blueberries, strawberries, raspberries, cherries, and other high-value fruits destined for domestic and export markets.

Automated Edible Ice Production Project
Leading Ice Cream Manufacturer
Core Equipment
30 Ton Tube Ice Machine
10 Ton Cube Ice Machine
Automatic Cup Ice Production Line
Vertical Packaging Machine
Project Highlights
The customer is one of the country's most established ice cream and chocolate manufacturers with nationwide distribution channels.
CBFI supplied a complete edible ice production solution capable of manufacturing cup ice, tube ice, and cube ice within a highly automated production environment.
The hygienic design ensures food-grade ice quality while significantly reducing labor costs and improving production efficiency.
The project has enabled the customer to expand rapidly into the growing packaged edible ice market.

CBFI's Commitment to the Future of Cold Chain Development
As demand for frozen food, cold storage, and food preservation continues to grow across Central Asia and Belt and Road countries, reliable refrigeration technology has become increasingly important.
CBFI remains committed to providing advanced industrial ice making systems, IQF freezing equipment, cold storage engineering, and integrated food processing solutions for global customers.
We sincerely thank all visitors, partners, and industry professionals who visited the CBFI booth during the exhibition.
Together, we look forward to building a more efficient, intelligent, and sustainable cold chain ecosystem for the future.
