CBFI Impingement Tunnel Freezer uses customized high-speed nozzle array to form dense, uniform and high-kinetic-energy vertical jets of -35℃~-45℃ low-temperature cold air. Double-sided synchronous impingement on food surface instantly breaks the insulating air layer on food surface and achieves ultra-fast heat exchange.
