Keen customers have captured this market pain point and decided to enter the field of industrial cooling services, providing efficient and economical ice brick cooling solutions for surrounding manufacturing enterprises, warehousing logistics, and high-temperature operation workshops. To this end, the client has commissioned CBFI to build a direct cooling ice block factory with a daily output of 10 tons, creating a leading mobile cooling ice supply center in the region.
Efficient and stable core configuration
·Ice making host: using Hanbell screw compressor, with high refrigeration efficiency, stable operation, excellent energy-saving performance, and suitable for long-term continuous operation needs.
·Ice block specifications: The customized standard ice block size is 270 × 140 × 850mm, which is easy to handle and stack. The weight of a single ice block is about 50kg, and the melting time is long. It is particularly suitable for local cooling in workshops, equipment cooling, and temporary temperature control scenarios.
·Ice storage system: equipped with aluminum tube type low-temperature cold storage, with excellent insulation performance, fast cooling speed, effectively reducing ice loss, and ensuring long-term stable storage of ice products.
Intelligent automation production process
·Equipped with a CBFI linkage control system, it achieves "one click start" fully automatic operation, covering the entire process of water injection, cooling, de icing, lifting, and ice pushing, greatly reducing manual dependence.
·After the ice making is completed, the system automatically completes the de icing action. The ice tray steadily lifts the entire plate of ice cubes to the designated height, and the integrated ice pushing device pushes the ice cubes into the cold storage. The entire process is efficient, safe, and orderly.
