Ice Making System
Tube ice machine
A common type of tubular edible ice, suitable for various applications such as retail, food processing, concrete mixing stations, and ice supply at fishing ports.
Ice cup line
The fully automatic ice cup production line is an advanced production system that integrates automatic ice making, ice filling, plastic cup sealing, coding, packaging, and storage in one seamless process.
Ice supply system
The rake-type automatic ice supply system is designed for automated storage and conveyance of flake ice, commonly used in applications requiring large-scale, metered ice supply such as concrete batching plants, chemical industries, and large fishing ports.
Ice flake machine
A dry, loose, and irregularly shaped flake ice, commonly used for cooling and temperature reduction in special applications such as port ice plants, food processing, seafood preservation, and concrete cooling.
Ice cube machine
A common type of square-shaped granular edible ice, frequently used in retail, beverage preparation, and food chilling and preservation.
Direct cooling block ice machine
A type of ice maker that forms ice blocks through direct heat exchange via aluminum evaporators, where the refrigerant absorbs heat in a circulating system and automatically releases the ice. Featuring large ice block size and strong cooling capacity, it is suitable for a wide range of applications.
Brine type block ice machine
A traditional refrigeration unit that uses brine as the cooling medium, capable of forming ice even under relatively high ambient temperatures. The resulting ice is solid, slow to melt, and easy to store and transport.
Quick-Freezing System
Spiral quick freezer
A modern spiral tower with rotary basket structure, featuring compact design and high space utilization. Suitable for quick-freezing meat, processed foods, seafood, prepared dishes, and other food products that require long freezing times or high production volumes.
Fluidized quick freezer
A rapid freezing equipment that uses high-speed, high-pressure, low-temperature airflow to suspend or semi-suspend food particles. Ideal for small-sized or granular fruits and vegetables.
Tunnel quick freezer
A mature-structured and highly stable food quick-freezing unit, designed with an efficient drive system and freezing technology. Suitable for a wide variety of food freezing applications.
Brine quick freezer
A compact and high-performance quick-freezing solution. The brine spray freezing method is particularly suitable for rapid post-catch freezing of fishery products such as shrimp, icefish, small squid, and sardines.
