Provided 180-ton/day tube ice machines and supporting automated equipment to the largest edible ice factory in a certain East Asian country.
Leveraging patented technologies such as hydraulic expansion and environmental adaptability, we supplied two phases of automated tube ice production equipment, meeting the customer's strict requirements for ice quality and equipment automation.
Supplied a plastic mesh belt double-helix quick-freezing chocolate system to a world-renowned snack brand, meeting the dual needs of food safety and efficient production.
Designed and constructed an integrated quick-freezing and cold storage project for fish processing for the world's largest pangasius producer, covering the entire process including low-temperature processing, pre-slaughter cooling, static marination temperature control, quick-freezing, and cold storage.
In 2011, the world's first large-scale ice block plant with a freon system was built and successfully put into operation in Malaysia.
Supplied 2 sets of 50-ton/d tube ice machines, a 40-ton screw-type automatic ice storage system and water chillers to a large shrimp processing enterprise in Southeast Asia, meeting the low-temperature guarantee needs during the customer's shrimp processing and preservation.
Provided a 150-ton/d ice block plant solution to a large port ice factory, including 3 sets of 50-ton brine tanks, hydraulic ice pushing devices, a 350-ton cold storage, and port ice conveying equipment, meeting the ice needs of local fishing boats, seafood markets, etc.
Based on the customer's site conditions and the characteristics of the hot climate, we have provided three 30-ton integrated tube ice machines. Relying on CBFI's high-efficiency and energy-saving technology, the equipment complies with the country's green industrial policy standards and helps achieve the 2060 greenhouse gas net-zero target.
A project of a local ice factory has attracted attention from mainstream media in the region. A local TV station made a special trip to the factory for filming and reporting, showcasing a benchmark of modern ice-making.

We have supplied a large port in South Asia with a 50-ton flake ice raking ice storage system. Boasting a distinctive civil engineering style that aligns with the local urban characteristics, the system features an integrated and user-friendly ice-making, ice storage, ice dispensing, and monitoring setup, fully meeting the customer's demand for automation.
We designed and constructed an integrated quick-freezing and cold storage project for chicken slaughtering and processing at the largest modern poultry agribusiness complex in a Central Asian country.
On the day of the base's completion, the president of the country attended the unveiling ceremony and conducted a visit. Among the facilities, the double helix quick-freezing system is the first imported quick-freezing system in the country. It is also equipped with an ice-making precooling system and multiple functional cold storage units with a temperature range of -40℃ to +15℃, fully meeting the refrigeration needs of the entire process.
To help an agricultural enterprise in Central Asia break through the development barriers imposed by traditional storage and transportation technologies, we designed and constructed an integrated intelligent system consisting of a fluidized quick-freezing system for berries, a constant-temperature operation workshop, and a large-scale cold storage facility. This solution enhances product added value and empowers the enterprise to expand into broader international markets.
Under the scorching sun of 50℃, an ice block factory with a daily output of 800 tons is operating efficiently. Equipped with a high-efficiency refrigeration system and a special oil circuit protection mechanism, CBFI ensures stable production capacity even under extreme working conditions.
This project consists of 16 sets of 50-ton direct-cooling ice block machines, water-saving evaporative condensers, and ice storage cold rooms, etc. It adopts a lower water-consumption refrigeration system to address the local water scarcity challenge and leverages "Intelligent Manufacturing in China" to cope with extreme working conditions.
We supported the smooth delivery of the large-scale infrastructure projects for the Qatar World Cup. We designed and constructed an automated concrete cooling system for the largest conglomerated construction company in the region. Featuring a containerized modular design, the system was fully commissioned before leaving the factory, ensuring the on-site construction schedule is met.
