We provided a high-efficiency brine shower freezing system to a large shrimp processing enterprise in the world's largest exporter of Pacific white shrimp. While rapidly freezing products to the target temperature, the system also features low dehydration and minimal weight loss, preserving the fresh appearance of the products-ensuring every unit of cooling capacity creates international value.
