We provided a dumpling quick-freezing equipment to an established meat processing plant founded during the Soviet era. With modern quick-freezing technology, the juiciness and authentic flavor of the filling are locked in.

The EU has extremely strict requirements for food processing equipment in terms of energy efficiency, hygiene, and compliance. The series of equipment designed and manufactured by CBFI has obtained certifications from EU Notified Bodies, including Module H1 (covering dual qualifications for design and manufacturing), as well as the qualification for the design and manufacture of Category IV equipment under the EU Pressure Equipment Directive (PED) - the highest safety level.
As Europe's largest automated edible ice factory, it has adopted a set of 30-ton tube ice equipment supplied by CBFI. A long-established ice producer, it first discovered CBFI's tube ice machines during a visit to a friend's facility. Impressed by the machines' ability to produce crystal-clear, hard, and slow-melting ice cubes with no internal bubbles or impurities-representing exceptional quality-the factory ultimately decided to partner with CBFI for its capacity expansion project.
In the largest port city of a certain country - a key distribution hub for high-quality seafood in Europe - traditional fisheries and modern management have been deeply integrated. CBFI has provided the customer with an automated raking ice-making, storage, and supply system, which is tailored to the high-frequency operation scenarios of port terminals and preserves the fresh flavor of seafood.
The customer has been operating the country's largest ice-making plant since 2000 and has supplied ice to major industries across the nation over the years. Previously, they had been using tube ice machines from VOGT (USA) - the world's first manufacturer of tube ice machines. After an online tour of CBFI's factory, they expressed great recognition for the automation level of CBFI's tube ice machines and the quality of the ice cubes, ultimately deciding to purchase three 10-ton CBFI tube ice machines to replace their existing equipment.
