Flake Ice Machine

The CBFI flake ice machine, equipped with three patented technologies, is widely used in slaughterhouse pre-cooling for its stability and energy-saving advantages.

Viscera flake ice pre-cooling, retail customers need flake ice to keep viscera fresh.
Aging Room

The cooling rooms operate within a temperature range of 0~4℃, with a total cooling capacity of 17 tons per 24 hours, and there are three such rooms in total.
Single-stage cooling process:
1.The design temperature of the pork carcass cooling room is -1~4℃, with a relative humidity of 75%~90%. The hanging distance between carcasses is 30~50mm, and the cooling time is 16~20 hours. The incoming temperature of the pork carcass to the cooling room is calculated at 38℃, and the outgoing center temperature of the cooled pork carcass should reach around 3~6℃.
2.Large acid removal rooms need to be equipped with pre-cooling rooms to shorten the acid removal time.
Division Room

The design temperature is set at 15℃ to maintain operator comfort while slowing the proliferation of harmful bacteria.
Blast Freezer

-38℃ rapid freezing storage is used for the quick freezing of offal.

-18℃ cold storage is used for temporary shipping.
