Guangzhou Jiajia Food Distribution Co., Ltd. is a food distribution enterprise specializing in wholesale and retail of fresh fruits, vegetables, and agricultural products. The customer chose CBFI and built a 5000 square meter agricultural and sideline products, poverty alleviation products, and domestic frozen meat storage base.
The project is divided into two phases of construction. The first phase is equipped with two low-temperature storage warehouses, covering an area of 1900 square meters with a net height of 7.1 meters. The warehouses are equipped with drive in shelves and can store approximately 9300 tons of frozen meat.
The cold storage adopts aluminum row cooling technology, which uses aluminum tubes and fins to increase the heat transfer area, improve cold storage and energy saving in the cold storage.
Aluminum row cooling reduces the dry consumption of goods, increases pressure resistance, and maintains temperature for a long time after power failure. Ensuring the freshness and safety of food, as well as reducing the refrigerant charge and electricity consumption.
The shipping platform is equipped with 6 lifting platforms, which can meet the high-intensity demand for incoming and outgoing goods.
The refrigeration unit adopts three screw parallel compressors and is equipped with a fully liquid system independently developed by CBFI.
According to the cold storage demand, the compressor power can be controlled and adjusted automatically through rational allocation. Compared to traditional cooling systems, it reduces energy consumption by more than 30%.
-One set of 3 * HSN7471 with supplementary air refrigeration compressor unit is selected for the 18 ℃ low-temperature storage temperature zone, with a total cooling capacity of approximately 280KW to meet the requirements.
PLC integrated control system can monitor equipment operation in real-time with multiple indicators, improving safety factor.
