Thailand is located in a tropical climate zone, with abundant marine resources and a mature aquaculture system, and is one of the world's major exporters of shrimp products. There are numerous shrimp processing enterprises in the country, and their products are widely exported to the European, American, Japanese, and Chinese markets.


However, in the cold chain logistics process, many enterprises still use traditional cold air storage or intermittent freezing technology, which has problems such as slow freezing speed, high energy consumption, product deformation, and serious surface dry consumption, seriously affecting the quality and export price of shrimp. After examining multiple brands, the customer ultimately chose to cooperate with CBFI, hoping to improve product quality, expand production capacity, and enhance international market competitiveness by introducing advanced quick freezing equipment.

·Daily production requirement: Processing about 6 tons of shrimp per day, with an average of about 750kg frozen per hour;

·Target temperature: Center temperature after freezing ≤ -18 ℃;
