Quick Frozen Chicken Feet Solution

1,Cleaning: Thaw the chicken feet and place them into the cleaning equipment to remove surface dirt and impurities.
2,Steam cooking: Cook the chicken feet in clean water with appropriate seasonings, then marinate them with additional spices.
3,Frying: After marination and draining off excess moisture, place the chicken feet into the fryer for frying.
4,Pre-Cooling: Immerse the fried chicken feet in ice water for rapid cooling.

5,Quick Freezing: CBFI spiral quick freezing technology enables chicken feet to be rapidly frozen in a short period of time. The core temperature drops below -18°C, locking in moisture and flavor while inhibiting microbial growth and reproduction.

6,Ice Glazing (Optional): CBFI has mature ice glazing technology. The quick-frozen products are immersed in a low-temperature water tank to form a protective layer of ice quickly, significantly reducing product loss and ensuring quality and food safety.

7,Refreezing: Chicken feet that have been dipped in water undergo a second freezing process to ensure long-lasting freshness and consistent quality during multiple transportation and retail stages.

8,Packaging & Storage: After refreezing, the chicken feet directly enter the packaging line. Following quality inspection, they are stored in the cold storage warehouse and prepared for shipment.
