Tajikistan Slaughter And Processing Workshop Cold Storage

The customer's company is located in Tajikistan and is the largest white chicken processing base in the local area. This project is the largest modern poultry agro-industrial complex base since the establishment of the country, covering a total area of 25,400 square meters, with a total investment of nearly USD 10,000,000. It includes incubation bases, breeding bases, slaughterhouses, and other important processing facilities. On the day of the base's completion, the country's president attended the unveiling ceremony and visited the entire production base.

The slaughterhouse base covers an area of 22,700 square meters and was built strictly according to national engineering construction standards. It includes waiting-for-slaughter areas, isolation areas, slaughter areas, cutting areas, laboratories, official veterinary rooms, cleaning and cooling zones, processing and packaging zones, special meat quick-freezing warehouses, and -18℃ product cold storage areas.

Icesource (CBFI) designed, built, and provided a complete set of refrigeration technology solutions and equipment systems for this customer's national-level poultry agro-industrial complex project. This includes one double spiral freezer, one 12-ton flake ice machine, one quick-freezing warehouse, one low-temperature warm storage room, one operating room, and two low-temperature cold storage warehouses. Among these, the double spiral quick-freezing system is the first such quick-freezing system introduced domestically in the country.
